Kevin McIvers and Hon. James M. Slater have successfully resolved several thousand disputes in mediation and arbitration as full-time neutrals over the last ten years.  They each have over twenty-five years of dispute resolution experience in the practice of law and as a jurist (Hon. James M. Slater).
